PRODUCT / ENGINEERING COACHING
I frequently witness engineers and product managers engaged in constant conflict that results in inefficient product delivery. Knowing just how critical this relationship is for the success of the company, I developed methods to teach product and engineering leaders how to build effective collaboration based on trust.
Following an initial analysis of the product and engineering organizations, I coach its engineering and product leaders and help them create collaborative success stories. The result of our collaboration is a substantial boost to delivery velocity, resulting from work processes and a sense of trust, cooperation, and appreciation.
My management workshops are geared toward coaching and mentoring teams of junior or mid-level managers. In contrast to traditional management courses, the workshops are based on the shared experiences and pains of the participants. Using my managerial experience, management theories, and coaching techniques, I generalize these examples into easy-to-implement tools and methods.
This workshop helps participants develop their management skills as well as their ability to cooperate with each other. By developing trust and collaboration among them, I help them become a cohesive team that works efficiently together.
