This is where I come in; I accelerate the managerial maturation process by mentoring and coaching these tech leaders, helping them build their managerial identity, enhance their leadership skills, learn to effectively collaborate with their peers and build winning teams and work cultures.
JUNIOR MANAGERS’ TEAM WORKSHOPS
In the management workshops, I coach and mentor junior and mid-level managers, such as team leaders, product managers, project managers, and tech leads. Unlike a structured management course, the workshop is based on actual examples and pains the participants themselves share. Using my own managerial experience and expertise, management theories and coaching techniques, I generalize these examples into structured tools and methods that can then be easily implemented.
The participants learn how to effectively communicate with each other and improve cross-team cooperation and processes. I help them build trust and collaboration, shaping them into a cohesive team working effectively together.
PRODUCT / ENGINEERING COACHING
In my many years of leading both engineering and product teams, I have come to realize that Engineers and Product Managers quite often have unproductive work relationships and, therefore, I focused on promoting effective cooperation and collaboration between them.
After an initial analysis of an organization, I then coach and mentor its engineering and product leaders on all levels. Together, we create work processes and build collaboration, mutual trust and appreciation, all resulting in a substantial boost to delivery velocity.
