She's been coaching and consulting senior hi-tech managers for the last 15 years, and has developed proven methods to accelerate the managerial growth while scaling up the R&D organization.
Adi has 20 years of experience in senior engineering management roles in companies such as Lemonade, AppsFlyer and LivePerson. Today she is the VP R&D of Clear. She's an expert in hyperscale of distributed systems, handling traffic of billions of event a day.
